How to Get Started

In order to open an account we require a £20 deposit towards the purchase of your first item. When you make your first transaction your £20 deposit will be credited back to you in full. This is to demonstrate to us that you are serious about trading. We do not intend to charge for our dropshipping service and this helps us to keep the service free for our active members.

Step 2:

We will automatically receive your contact details with your payment which will be added to our system. You can begin trading immediately.
If you send your deposit using somebody elses bank or payment account, then please email us at agents@grabagift.co.uk and provide us with the following information:

Address
Company Name (Use Sole Trader if not a company)

Payment Instructions:

In order to pay you simply send us an email with the details of your orders including the shipping addresses, and we will send you an email invoice with a payment link.

Simply follow this link and select your payment method (Credit Card, Nochex or PayPal) to complete the transaction.

Terms for Trading:

*All items are shipped once payment is received. 

*Payment is to be made via credit / debit card online. Due to demand we also accept PayPal.

*Any dealings with your customers shall be handled by yourself as a trader. We will support in any way possible, however we will not deal with your customers directly.

*It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided for each transaction are correct. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect data will be charged back to you prior to shipping any goods.

* UK delivery only.

*In order to open an account you must commit a non-refundable deposit of £20. In the even that your account becomes inactive for more than 28 days, any deposit paid shall be used as an administration fee unless an extension has been agreed before the 28 days has lapsed.

*It is possible at times that some items may be out of stock. We will do our best to keep our stock records up to date and we recommend that you view these records periodically. We cannot be held responsible for any losses of any type due to items being out of stock.

*All items are covered with a manufacturer's warranty. In the event of an item becoming faulty you are responsible for any packaging and postage costs associated with repairing or replacing any item(s). Items returned to grabagift.co.uk as being faulty will be tested by a qualified engineer for a final diagnosis to be made.
