Terms & Conditions:
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age. Currently, we can only ship to the UK.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.
Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling.
All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability.
Prices are checked regularly, however whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometimes errors do occur. If such errors occur we will contact you and advise the correct price before despatch at which point a refund will be allowed if the customer wishes.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date.
If you do not contact us within 2 working days from date of receipt we will assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We cannot entertain any claims for breakage or shortages if 2 working days have lapsed.
If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for upto 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery and administrative costs incurred by us.

You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortages.
If your products are faulty we will, at our descretion, replace the faulty unit or provide a refund.
Due to the nature of some of our products we are unable to accept returned items which have been damaged in use or show signs of misuse in any way. We will be happy to replace items which are defective due to malfunction.
If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
All products must be in their original condition from date of receipt, any modifications may invalidate warranties for the products.
